The original Big Trail concept was the result of a few UK dealers discussing the ideal UK trail bike with the Merida R&D chief – simple: 140mm air fork, 29″ wheels, 1 x transmission and a dropper post. Now in its 2nd iteration Big Trail is a fun-packed and hugely capable trail bike. Its progressive geometry combines a steep 76.5° seat angle with a slack 64.0° head angle giving great climbing characteristics and plenty of stability when the terrain gets steep or rough.
